SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS

During the purchase procedure you can choose the shipping option you prefer: regular mail (Royal Mail) or courier (DPD). Only this last option offers the opportunity to track your order.

All shipments are handled by our commercial partners, who use totally eco-friendly packaging.

Shipping costs vary depending on the type and quantity of products you are purchasing and the shipping option chosen. For any further information you may visit the page Shipping times and costs.

TIME NEEDED FOR THE PRODUCTION OF THE ITEMS PURCHASED

All the items you buy are produced by our business partners just for you. This process takes 3-5 working days from the order confirmation. Once ready for shipment, the goods are entrusted to the carrier for delivery according to the option chosen at checkout.

Together with our commercial partners we are committed to reducing and respecting these times, but on particular occasions they could be extended.

DELIVERY TIMES

The delivery of the goods takes place in 3-5 working days throughout Europe. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

It is necessary to take into consideration the time needed for the production of the items purchased , which takes from 3 to 5 working days.

Therefore, the delivery of the products takes place within 6-10 working days from the order confirmation.

THE PARCEL DELIVERED IS DAMAGED

Upon receipt of the order, in case of shipping by courier, you are required to verify that the number of packages delivered correspond to that reported on the transport document, and that the packaging is intact. If the same are damaged, you must indicate the circumstance on the delivery note, and giving notice to Wippio S.r.l. by e-mail to be sent to support@wippio.com.

If the courier does not allow you to indicate the circumstance on the delivery note, you must refuse the goods.

This is the only procedure that allows Wippio S.r.l. to be able to manage immediately the file of complaint with the courier. If you do not follow the procedures indicated above and signs the delivery note for acceptance, you will not be able to make any objection later about the external characteristics of the goods delivered to you concerning the goods received.

MISSING PARCEL

If you have chosen the regular shipping option (Royal Mail) and the package has not been delivered to you within 10 working days from the order confirmation, contact us at support@wippio.com. Royal Mail considers the parcel lost if it is not delivered within 10 working days (deliveries to Great Britain – UK) or 28 working days (deliveries throughout Europe) beyond the deadline for delivery.

All orders shipped by courier are trackable using the tracking code of the shipment we have provided. For any issue that may arise with the shipment, please contact DPD Customer Service indicating the shipment tracking number.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You will be able to track your order only if you choose the shipping by courier (DPD) option during the purchase procedure.

As soon as the product you purchased is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code that will allow you to track your order by visiting the official website DPD-Tracking.

MODIFY YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

After purchasing an order, you cannot change your details and shipping address.

For this reason, we invite you to always check the accuracy of your personal data and shipping address entered and the data and quantities relating to products placed in the cart.

HOW TO PURCHASE AN ORDER

After choosing the product, select the size, color and quantity and add it to cart. You can add to cart as many products as you wish.

Click on “Checkout”, in this way you will be able to enter your data, indicate the address and shipping method and choose the payment method you prefer.

Pay attention to add in the “Notes” the name that the carrier will find on the bell.

To conclude the order click on “Place order”.

You will receive an e-mail confirming the order just made. If you don’t receive it, try checking in the Spam folder.

You can check all the details related to your orders by logging into your account.

We remind you that, after purchasing an order, it is not possible to change it.

For this reason, we invite you to always check the accuracy of your personal data and the shipping address entered and the data, the size, the color, the type and quantities relating to products placed in the cart before proceeding with the purchase.

In any case, if you want to add other products to cart, you can place a new order.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can be made by all credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).

For technical reasons, payments on delivery and bank transfers are not accepted.

You can create your WIPPIO account on My account page. We will only ask you for the details needed to make the purchasing process faster and easier.

Once registered, you can also check the status and history of your orders.

HOW TO MODIFY MY ACCOUNT DETAILS

You can change your details at any time by accessing your account and clicking on My details.

By modifying your data, including billing and shipping addresses, you will not automatically change those of orders already purchased, but only those for future orders.

PASSWORD LOST

If you lose or forget your password to access your account, you can easily retrieve it in the dedicated section “Lost your password?”

HOW TO CHOOSE THE MOST SUITABLE SIZE

Size charts are indicative only. If your size is between two sizes, we recommend you to chose the larger one.

HOW TO REQUEST THE REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you wish to request the replacement of defective products, you have to send the same, carefully packed, complete with all their parts, together with a copy of the order receipt or purchase invoice and the description of the defect found, to the registered office of Wippio S.r.l. in Via Umberto I n.43 – 33034 Fagagna (UD) – ITALY.

You are responsible for shipping the returned goods until the communication of receipt by Wippio S.r.l. Upon arrival, the returned goods will be examined by Wippio S.r.l. to assess any damage or tampering resulting from causes other than transport.

REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

WE reserve the right to verify the actual existence of the flaws complained and make the replacement or refund (including the reimbursement of shipping costs) only after having checked the returned goods.

WHO MAY EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer registered as a private person (consumer acting for purposes other than the activity or profession which he may pursue), who makes purchases through the e-commerce service of the site www.wippio.com, may exercise the right of withdrawal.

TIME LIMIT WITHIN THE CONSUMER MAY EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty and without specifying the reason within 14 days from the receipt of the products purchased.

HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer who wants to withdraw from the purchase contract must send within 14 days a written notice sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to Wippio S.r.l. in via Umberto I n. 43 – 33034 Fagagna (UD) – ITALY. The customer can use the withdrawal form or any other explicit declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

The notice may also be sent by e-mail within the same period, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within the following 48 hours.

In the event that the Consumer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal after the carrier has taken charge, he must proceed at his own risk and expense to return any purchased products received, intact and unused, complete with original packaging, by sending by express courier to Wippio S.r.l., Via Umberto I n. 43 – 33034 Fagagna (UD) – ITALY, within 14 days from the date on which he informed us that he wants to exercise the right of withdrawal. In any case Wippio S.r.l. will not accept damaged products or used.

REFUNDS

In the event that the Consumer activates the right of withdrawal, Wippio S.r.l., within 14 days from the date on which it received the notice of withdrawal and verified the integrity of the returned products, will refund all payments made by the Consumer, except for the costs of returning the goods. The refund will be made on the same method of payment used by the Consumer for the initial transaction unless otherwise agreed.
